Dates: 9th, 10th and 16th November

Session Duration: 30 minutes

Pricing: Sessions start at £139

Deposit: £69 (required to secure your booking, non-refundable). The deposit will be deducted from your final balance, which is due in cash on the day of your session.

The Christmas Mini sessions will be held at my cozy home studio in Merrow, Guildford (full address provided upon booking).

Session details

Themes:

Outdoor Snowy Winter Scene: Imagine a magical winter wonderland with Christmas trees, snow, and festive lights. Props include a family bench, a smaller bench for kids, a post box, a sleigh, and snowballs for playful fun.
Elegant & Cozy Christmas Fireplace Scene: A warm, candlelit fireplace surrounded by Christmas presents. The setup will feature a color palette of white, silver, gold, and copper. Props include presents, teddy bears, books, a rocking horse, a family sofa, and little chairs for the children.

What to Bring:

Feel free to bring 1-2 outfits for each family member. Please arrive dressed in your first outfit, as there won’t be time to change multiple times.

For the Outdoor Snowy Winter Scene: A Christmas jumper, coat, winter hat, scarf and boots will fit perfectly. Don’t forget to bring your letters to Santa! Recommended colors: red, tartan, white, silver, gold, copper, brown, or green.
For the Indoor Christmas Fireplace Scene: Christmas outfits like a jumper, shirt, or dress will be ideal. Recommended colors: green, silver, gold, copper, brown, cream, or white.
Tip: Arrive in your indoor outfit and bring a change for the outdoor scene to save time.
Extras: Bring tissues or wet wipes for children, along with a hairbrush to keep everyone looking their best.

Wardrobe Tips:

For the Snowy Winter Scene: Incorporate festive colours like red, green, gold, or silver. They tend to compliment the outdoor scene and add a vibrant touch to your photos.. Layers and textures, such as scarves and hats, add warmth and depth to your photos.
For the Christmas Fireplace Scene: Consider a Christmas jumper or plain clothing with colours like white, cream, beige, gold, or silver for a classic and timeless look.
Coordinating Outfits: Matching outfits aren't necessary, but coordinating colors can create a cohesive and visually pleasing look.
Avoid: Bright neon colours, all black, busy patterns and character-themed outfits like Peppa Pig or Minions, as they may clash with the timeless setups.
Personal Touches: If you have any props you’d like to include, feel free to bring them along! Message me if you need advice on choosing outfits.

Who Can Join?

Each session is designed for one family of up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children max). If you want two families to be photographed together, please book back-to-back sessions. Feel free to contact me with any special requirements.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive on time but no more than 5 minutes early. Sessions are booked back-to-back, and we want to ensure everyone has time to find a parking. Unfortunately, if you're more than 15 minutes late, you will loose your deposit and session spot.

During the Session:

In your 30-minute session, I will capture plenty of photos, giving you a wide selection to choose from. Within two days, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery where you can pick your favourite images. You’ll also have the option to upgrade your package, purchase extra photos, prints, or order Christmas cards.

After the Session:

Your final, fully edited images will be delivered via online download within 1-2 weeks of your gallery selection.

Add-ons:

Additional digital images: £25 each, or 5 for £100.
10 customized Christmas cards with envelopes: £49.
Keepsake accordion book (4x4" with 6 images or 3x3" with 10 images): £39.
